Went to the framer's market this past weekend and picked up loads of wonderful "heritage" apples. Some are good bakers - and I realized I don't have a recipe that would do them justice. I'm hoping all you bakers will respond with your best recipes for apple cake or coffee cake - adjectives like spicy, moist, melt-in-the-mouth come to mind! Happy Fall--
