To Jackie in GA,

I was just asking my Dad today about a coogan we ate for breakfast when I was a child. He use to buy it in a Polish bakery in Buffalo NY. How did kuchen turn into coogan? I dont remember fruit on ours. It was a cake consistency and had a sugar/cinnamon topping. Did you ever get a recipe?
