KFC BUTTERMILK BISCUITS


5 cups Bisquick mix
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup club soda
1 beatan egg
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine all of the ingredients. nead the dough by hand until smooth.

Flour your hands and pat the dough flat to 3/4 nch thickness. Cut out biscuits and put on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Should make 18 biscuits.
