ROUND SOFT ORANGE COOKIES WITH ICING

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sour milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda.

Mix all cookie Ingredients together. Drop teaspoonfules onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Let cool then frost.

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
grated rind & juice of 1 orange
powdered sugar

Grate the rind of an orange and put in bowl. Next squeeze the juice from the orange and put in same bowl. Mix with powdered sugar until smooth. Frost cooled cookies.
