Peanut Butter Pound Cake
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening 3 cups sugar 6 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla
Cream first 3 ingredients. Add sugar; cream. Beat in eggs. Add peanut butter.
Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, beating thoroughly.
Bake in greased tube pan for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
