Thank you, Betsy!!! Your School Batter Bread is excellent!! I searched the web for a recipe that was like the bread I enjoyed years ago in my school's cafeteria, and yours was the only one I found. I tried it, and it is delicious. (The entire family agrees.) I halved it, and baked it in a 9x13 with great results. I have some more rising as I'm writing this, too.
