Thanks Halyna - I will keep that recipe and may give it a try later on this week - depending on our weather - it is cool now, but may be warming up later in the week. I don't like to do much baking when it is warm out. I did find a recipe for banana nut bread that called for milk, so I substituted the sour cream instead of the milk. It was ok, but not as I remember what I had originally eaten!
