Hi Lisa!
I buy my wheat Germ in the spices/flour/etc....aisle of my local large Grocery Store. It is in a bottle and must be kept in fridge after opening. The brand that most stores carry is "Kretschmer". You can also buy it in Health Food Stores (in bags in the fridge). Some have brand Names but I if I have to buy it there, I just ask for Wheat Germ if I don't see it in fridge and they usually have it in the back if there is none left in the front fridge.Somewhere in my recipes I have a 'Spoonbread" recipe that uses wheat germ also and it is very good. (No kneading) Shall try to find it as I haven't made it for a while. Ho[pe this has been of help to you. Judy
