My cookbooks are packed away in moving boxes. If memory serves this is the Hershey's Wacky Cocoa Cake recipe from the free paperback cookbook that came attached to the can back in the late 70's. It's the BEST. Also makes a good bundt cake or bake in loaf pans. Gave this recipe to a friend who's son was allergic to everything, (no milk, no eggs)finally he could have cake like everyone else.Thanks!
