Thanks Jackie, not being a pastry chef myself. I think I will go with your recipe. I am in the middle of moving from Maryland to Delaware so it will be sometime in April or May before I will have time to try it.

Betsy's recipes were very interesting and I think if I had more baking experience I would try those.
