My Italian neighbor used to make cake squares (yellow cake) which were coated with what I remember to be chocolate (like a fine cake coating, not icing) and then coated with shredded coconut. They were amazing. I think she called them coconut cake squares. Please help me find the recipe. Thanks so much.
