Pistachio Cake with Chocolate Tunnel
1 yellow cake mix 1 small (3 oz) box instant pistachio pudding 3/4 cup oil 4 eggs 1 cup sour cream 8 oz. Hershey's syrup
Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs and sour cream.
Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Add chocolate syrup to the remaining batter. Form a canal in the batter and pour the chocolate batter into the canal (this will make a chocolate tunnel through the cake).
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes on the center rack. Cool before removing from pan.
Dust with confectioners sugar or chocolate glaze.
