TROPICAL FRUIT COBBLER

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp butter, melted, divided
FRUIT MIXTURE:
400-600g (frozen) Fiesta Tropical blend (halfway thawed)
1/2 cup of your favorite Five Alive or Fruitopia juice
1/2 cup sugar or adjust to sweetness desired
2 tbsp Grand Marnier or adjust to taste (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground or fresh grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground or fresh grated cinnamon
BATTER:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
FOR TOP:
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Pour 1/2 cup of the melted butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

FRUIT MIXTURE:
In a large bowl mix fruit, juice, sugar, 2 tablespoons of the melted butter, Grand Marnier (optional), cornstarch, nutmeg, and cinnamon,

BATTER:
In another bowl mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.

Pour batter oven butter in the baking dish and put fruit mixture over your batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

Servings: 6-8
