KRISPY KREME BREAD PUDDING
18 glazed krispy kreme donuts (laid out to dry for 4 days) 2 1/2 cupswhole milk 5 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Break up the Krispy Kreme doughnuts into bite size pieces.
Whisk the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract together and pour over the donuts. Stir every 5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes.
Ladle into coffee cups.
Bake at 325 degrees convection oven in a waterbath for about 20 minutes or until set.
Cool and hold refrigerated.
