Dear Sarah,

Now, is it the yeast that you don't want to use or is it the time involved in making yeast dough? If it's the considerable time, I might have a solution for you.

I was at a party recently where the host made pizza from large rounds of sourdough bread. He simply took a large round loaf and sliced it horizontally into 3 large rounds. Then he simply topped it as a regular pizza and baked it.

Also, Bisquick has recipes for their "Impossible" pies and I have seen one for "Impossible Pizza." Using Bisquick would be pretty fast too. And, of course, their is baking powder in the mix, as opposed to yeast.

I hope this gives you some places to start. Best of luck.
