I am looking for the recipe for finnish chestnut fingers, they are a christmas cookie that calls for water chestnuts, they are rolled into finger shapes, diped in eggwhite, rolled in sugar. once baked one end is diped in chocolate. the recipe was found by my mother in a christmas craft/recipe book.
