I found a recipe for oatmeal cookies on the back of a box of Oatmeal.I think the company was Quaker Oats but I'm not sure,I called them and they couldn't find the recipe, probably because the recipe was so old. The cookies were called Rock Oatmeal Cookies.I used to bake them when I was 12 years old (1965).I don't remember the measurements.Their texture was medium hard. Some of the ingredients were white sugar, cinnamon, white flour, egg, milk, oil or shortening. I tried to duplicate them by memory but they were not the exact match. If anyone out there has this recipe please let me know.I've searched for years. Thank you.
