I recently tried this recipe and there were a few things that I would like to say. First off the cookies should not be pressed down with a fork before baking. They should be rolled into a ball and then placed on foil. The second item I would like to mention is don't remove cookies from the foil after baking to let cool. If you let them rest on the foil until they cool down they are easier to peel off and won't fall apart.
