PAM: Good Afternoon. Pam, thank-you for asking a very simple question. All you need to do is use 25% less sugar in your recipe. Replace with equal amount with honey, mix in after the eggs. Also if you have any liquids in your recipe ,ie, O J, Milk, oil, etc. reduce that liquid by 1 TBSP. Reduce baking temperature by 15 degrees due to the extra carmelization the honey will bring to the baked product. Thats all PAM!!!. You have a nice day now young lady. ~Chef Dunask.
