Hi P.T.:-) A local deli, here, sells an orange chocolate chip cookie (not dipped in chocolate), and, I don't have any idea how they actually make them. You might try using your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and adding the orange zest, as Betsy's recipe, suggested. Then, try using the chocolate glaze that was also a part of Betsy's recipe. Let us know how they turn out when and if you make them. We'd love to know, or at least I would since I do so love the chocolate/orange combination of flavors:-)!!
