Eva, it depends on what kind of recipe you're using. If you just want to top a vegetable with butter, you can sub the other stuff. But if you're making shortbread cookies, it might be a disaster. Good luck!

Can I bake with my ICBINB spreads? You may bake and fry with your ICBINB regular tubs and quarters. To achieve desired baking results, we recommend using a spread that contains at least 60% vegetable oil while continuing to use the lower fat products for spreading or topping.
OLD FASHIONED POUND CAKE 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 cups I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! ® Spread 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan; set aside.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Beat in eggs and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Beat in flour mixture until blended. Evenly pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out completely clean. On wire rack, let cool 20 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
