Eva, it depends on what kind of recipe you're using. If you just want to top a vegetable with butter, you can sub the other stuff. But if you're making shortbread cookies, it might be a disaster. Good luck!

I Can't Believe it's Not Butter baking info:

Can I bake with my ICBINB spreads?
You may bake and fry with your ICBINB regular tubs and quarters. To achieve desired baking results, we recommend using a spread that contains at least 60% vegetable oil while continuing to use the lower fat products for spreading or topping.

OLD FASHIONED POUND CAKE

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! ® Spread
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan; set aside.

In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.

In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.

Beat in eggs and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Beat in flour mixture until blended. Evenly pour into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out completely clean. On wire rack, let cool 20 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
