Hi, No matter what cheesecake I try I always get a crack in it. I use a 10 inch pan and the cheesecake seems to rise while baking cause a cracked circular ring around it and then when it goes back down there is a circular crack or down the middle .....is there a perfect cheesecake out there, as it is our very favorite...thank you
