i have a recipe for bread that is actually baked in the oven but for some reason the recipe tells you to make the dough in a breadmaker. i was just going to make it in my kitchen aid mixer but i'm not sure if bread machine yeast is different from regular yeast. i don't want to wind up using the wrong amount of regular yeast. i'm not even sure i can substitute. does anyone have any clue on this subject???
