Can bread flour be used for baking cookies? If so, are there any recipes that you should not substitute bread flour for all-purpose?

I don't often post, but I check Recipelink everyday (have for several years). I have gotten some amazingly delicious recipes here, as well as many that brought back memories of growing up. Many of you seem like dear old friends, even though we have never met or spoken. What a wonderful network of women and men from not only all across the country, but from around the world!

I will appreciate help with my question from any or all of you.
