Altho I have never tried the cinnabon recipe, I have made a batch or two or cinnmon buns in my time.
I used to make the dough in the breadmaker after dinner, and get everything ready and in the pan the night before. Then, I refrigerated the buns, and either the next day (for breakfast), or a couple of days later, when we were camping), I would take them out of the fridge. When they had risen enuf to bake, into the oven they went.
This way, the project spans two days...a bit more time to spread out all that work!
