CORN CAKE OR CORN BREAD1 to 1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup
Parkay margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square pan.
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, margarine, and eggs; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 400 degrees 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
