Hello! This is a wonderful bread! The first time I made it, it was a very high topped loaf. The second and third loaves rose then caved in during the baking. Should I add some gluten? What did I do wrong? It still tasted great even tho it caved in. The loaves that caved in resulted in about half the volume of the first loaf which came out perfectly! Help please!! I just love the tast of this bread! thanks , dust
