Hi all - My husband is allergic to yeast, wheat, soy and corn. We are afraid to try spelt as it is derived from wheat.
I would like to make a bread from rice flour, but I need a yeast substitute to make it rise. I thought of soda water, as I have used that in cake mixes, but am unsure of the results.
Does anyone have a bread recipe I could use that would have a yeast substitute?
