Some time ago I as given a cake recipe that uses cupfuls of ingredients and was of a very healthy nature. I am hoping someone will recognise the recipe and confirm I can still remember it. The recipe went something like the following:

1 cup of AllBran
1 cup of Sugar
1 cup of mixed fruit
1 cup of I think it was flour
1 cup of liquid but cant remember whether milk or water

bake at 180 until skewer comes away clean

I do hope there is someone who is able to confirm or correct the recipe.
