I am looking for a version of garbage bread, from the south. I ate this years ago and it was delicious. The best I can remember is a baking dish was lined with bread and all kinds of different foods were thrown together and baked. From what I have found online there are different versions of garbage bread. I hope someone can help me with this? The best I can remember is leftover foods, meats,veggies and different kinds of cheeses all thrown together on top of the bread in the baking dish wish cheese also thrown on top and then baked.
