Hi Betsy - thanks for posting the recipe for the Indian Pudding. There are many recipes for that dessert, and I remember fondly a very nice restaurant up in Brattleboro, Vt that had this on their menu. It was served warm in a HUGE heavy glass brandy snifter with French Vanilla Ice Cream. It was wonderful and not for the faint of heart! I believe that they also had raisins in it. It was not at all dry like some puddings - but very moist and creamy with lots of dark spices and molasses flavors.
