Vacarro's is an Italian bakery in Maryland. The cookies look like they would be a crunchy cookie, but when you bite into it it is soft. They are not flat, but small rounded cookies covered with almonds. My husband and I love these, and I would like to know if anyone has a recipe for something very similar.
