Thank you so much. That is indeed the recipe ! I actually usually fill the pockets with a spinach and cheese filling rather than the apple butter and serve them with a simple soup. The bread is an especially nice pocket -- I think it might be the addition of ricotta to the dough. (also, tho it says it makes 5-- that was a typo in the book--it really makes 25!
