PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
2 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 3 tbsp. white corn syrup 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Bring first 4 ingredients to a full boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from stove. Stir in 1 cup peanut butter and vanilla. Cool pan in cold water, stirring fudge often. When fudge thickens, add nuts. Pour into buttered pan or plate. |
