I was just thinking this week that I need to get out the pizelle iron and do my annual recipe. I have to laugh that the video didn't show the first ones off the iron, or I should say the first ones NOT off the iron. I always have to fume and say naughty words when that first pizelle sticks in all those little crevices. But after that they are perfect! Plan on throwing away a couple to begin with (or have a DH who's hanging around waiting for cast-offs!)
