Video of recipe with Marion Cunningham.

I watched the video and this is what I jotted down.

IRISH SODA BREAD
Source: Marion Cunningham

Oven should be preset at 375 degrees F.

4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda

Mix all dry ingredients.

Add 2 cups buttermilk to dry ingredients and mix to form dough. Dough will be a soft dough to the touch.

Butter bottom of baking dish only. (this looked like glass pie tin to me.) Flour board. Roll dough out to board. Shape into round shape. Place into pie pan. Cut cross into top (Irish tradition).

Bake for 50-60 minutes until done. Cool and wrap overnight (looked like dish towel). Leave overnight. Enjoy with butter and jam.

I think I got it all. Please correct the recipe if I missed anything.
