Hey Everyone
Im new to the message board but i need some HELP!!!
My friend and I made pasty for mini quiche's at school in food technology and they were delicious! She made most of the pastry though! When i tried it at home it was heavy and tasted terrible!! What have i done rong?!?!?!?!?
The recipe was 1.5 cups of flour, 1 egg, 100g butter (i used margarine) and half lemon juice.
I dont know what happened or if i was meant to mix it differently or something but it just didnt work out right.
Does anyone know what could have gone wrong so that i can make edible ones next time !!!
