PIZZA DOUGH

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup cool water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and let proof 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine cool water, olive oil, honey, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.

Place flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center. Pour honey-water mixture and proofed yeast into well. Slowly incorporate flour into wet ingredients, working outward to center. Knead until smooth. Place in buttered bowl; cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Shape into pizza and top with your favorite ingredients.

Bake in a preheated 500 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
