I've copied your banana bread recipe - it looks really interesting and not too many ingredients. Just the way I like it.

I've not wrapped it up for freezing so I will poke the holes as you suggested.

You wouldn't happen to have an easy Molasses Cookie recipe as well would you? That's my next challenge. Not to worry if you don't as I'm going to also check Martha Stewart's web site as I saw one of her shows before Christmas and she was baking a batch at that time.
