As a matter of fact, one of my favorite cookie recipes is called Robert E. Lee Gingersnaps, but it's really a molasses cookie, too - a soft, chewy cookie with a sugared, crinkly top.
You roll it in sugar before baking and it raises, then falls into the chewy type of cookie.
