BLACK CHERRY MUFFINS2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 cup black cherries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease muffin pan cups.
Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
Mix egg, oil and milk; stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in cherries. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
