She cooked them on a griddle, not in the oven. I'm pretty sure they had oatmeal in them, perhaps not. I have never found a recipe for scones made on the griddle that came out as well as I remember her scones being. Anyone have any recipes or thoughts on this to share? Thanks, Micha
