This bread was made from cooked potatoe water. I can remember we only could get it at the Van de Kamp's bakery in Los Angeles, CA. I have been away from California for 24 years, during which time I ran across a receipe in the newspaper for it, but it turned out like a giant football. If any one has an easy receipe for this I would certainly appreciate it. Every time I go out in a store here in Callie my eyes are peeled for the bread. I am in Callie for a few years begin a care taker for my 90 year old daddy. He happened to mention the bed the other night also. We would reall love to find some. Thank you
