I currently have a recipe for a chocolate chip cheesecake that should be baked in a 9" springform pan. I recently purchased some 5" springform pans and would like to try the recipe in these smaller pans. Could anyone please advise me how I should adjust the baking time and/or the baking temperature? I really love this recipe and don't want to ruin the results by over cooking the cheesecakes. Thanks in advance for any help!
