I have a pre-made cinnamon roll product for a restaurant where I manage the kitchen. the dough is raw and formed and I bake them off in a convection oven for 24 min at 300. I need a recipe to make them into caramel rolls. I tried a caramel sauce placed on a sheet pan and then put the rolls on the sauce. help.
