Good aftrnoon to you. Our BETSY has many such recipes from converting Italian bread recipes to bread machine recipes & also the opposite as well. After mixing & the fermentation cycle is completed give it one proof. Then fold & shape & place on your baking sheet pan & place in the oven after 30 minutes into the 2nd proof so that you can achieve good oven spring.
