I have the Bake N Fill instructions. I looked it over though and it does not give specific instructions for using the dome pan without the insert pan. That being the case I would guess that the time and temp would probably be the same and you would just opt not to use the insert pan, skipping those steps.

What I have says:
Make one package of Betty Crocker Supermoist cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter to fill line on inside of dome pan. Bake dome cake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 20 minutes in pan before removing. Hope it helps.
