hi! i have looked EVERYWHERE for the cheesecake recipe my best friend and i used to make back in the early 70's. The thing i do remember is it was no-bake with a graham cracker crust. It had 1 8oz pkg philly cream cheese and lemon juice. the recipe was on either the cream cheese wrapper or crust. There was no sour cream or sw. ccnd milk. nothing like that. it was just the crm cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar. it was called FRENCH CHERRY CHEESECAKE. i can't find one that doesn't have other ingredients in it. it is the best i've ever had. it is slightly tangy and so smooth. i know that somebody out there knows the one i mean so somebody help me! i can taste it now. i also want the elementary school peanut butter cookie recipe and their brownie recipe. thanks folks.
