I am looking for a recipe that my Aunt made and took to Heaven with her We called them Welsh Billies They were similar to a scone with currants or raisins I can only remember that she used lard because I had to go buy it and that she rolled the dough and cut it with a special coffee cup the she used. She baked them and they would be about an inch to an inch and a half thick. They were light and flaky. She was from the Pottsville PA area.
