hi

i need help badly. can someone tell me why my cinnamon rolls be hard? plus my power suger glaze look like i put water in it, but i use whole milk. my family said the roll taste good, but i know they saying that not to hurt my feeling. i love to bake but some thing always go wrong when i'm baking. so please help me on this. thank you.
